Just a 5-minute walk from the Greetsieler bathing lake and the village center, you'll find yourself surrounded by a large, lush garden—perfect for relaxation and privacy.

Peace and tranquility in one of the most beautiful fishing villages in Germany

The location is a nature lover’s dream, providing pure relaxation. You’re immediately in the great outdoors, near a bird sanctuary and the Greetsieler bathing lake, which is ideal for a refreshing swim or a summer picnic. In cooler months, enjoy peaceful walks or scenic jogging routes starting right from the house. Whether you prefer to stroll or bike, you can easily reach the North Sea and the iconic Pilsum Lighthouse along the dike or the Siel canal. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can explore the idyllic harbor, the twin windmills, and the historic village center, with its picturesque 17th-century facades and charming alleys. You’ll also find a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops, as well as a wellness oasis and a large playground nearby.

The house is filled with antique furniture

Inside the house, you'll discover thoroughly renovated antique furniture, including a Biedermeier secretary from 1841, giving the home a unique and inviting character. There are also Victorian dining chairs, as well as Edwardian Mahogany beds among others.

Natural materials

We’ve carefully chosen warm colors to create a tranquil atmosphere. Sustainability is important to us, so we've invested in energy-efficient appliances (Siemens) and natural materials, like solid wood furniture, which contribute to a healthy indoor climate.

We are sure, that the cosy atmosphere is appreciated by our guests. This house is not like all the others! When you are looking for something personal and individual, this is it.

Art

Art is important to us. You’ll also find many original artworks throughout the house. In the garden shed, there's a large artist's easel available for creative use. You can set yourself up along the Dike, at the coast, in the 17th fishing village or just in the garden.

Additional amenities include a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player (with a selection of movies), stereo system (with CDs), a second CD player in the downstairs bedroom, board games for the whole family, art supplies, blinds, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, two hairdryers (in each bathroom), grill, and a high chair (in the upstairs laundry room).

This classic Frisian house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It features 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs). The upstairs bedrooms have laminate flooring, with one room offering a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and the other two single beds (1m x 2.00m). The ground floor bedroom is separated from the living area and kitchen, with high-quality tiles and underfloor heating throughout.

You'll find yourself surrounded by a large, lush garden—perfect for relaxation and privacy. The garden is filled with mature trees, shrubs, and hedges, offering a serene retreat.

The sunny terrace is fully equipped with furniture, a sunshade, and a charcoal grill for all the BBQ enthusiasts out there. Our new garden shed holds a variety of sports equipment, including badminton and beach balls, and offers ample space to store your bicycles.

This classic Frisian house omfortably accommodates up to 6 people and is built in the typical style of the region 'Ostfriesland'.

Sunny terrace

The sunny terrace is fully equipped with furniture, a sunshade, and a charcoal grill for all the BBQ enthusiasts out there.
